Ambition to enter in medical profession arose at the moment on sad demise of my younger sister at the age of 8 years. Medical service should be available to the poorest of poor was my intention. After completing post-graduation, I opted for lectureship at Dr. PDMMC & served at general hospital Amravati. This is when I noticed lacuna in health service at government hospital & to take effort in providing better care of patients, I started private practice.

After servicing people through my solo practice for 10 years, I felt need of multispecialty with better care & facilities managed by multiple healing experts, fortunately my own students who had done post-graduation consented to join this Hi-tech venture to say my colleagues Dr. Swapnil, Dr. Abhijeet, Dr. Dinesh. They are hardworking and excelling in their field. My daughter Manali consented for administration & gave new look and discipline.  

We intend not only to extend but to improve ourselves constantly. Better health care, Better behavior, 24x7 availability, humanitarian approach, cleanliness & better hospital, transparent billing methods, adopting all the recent knowledge & techniques along with participation of expert and super specialists is the working pattern of a hospital.

We always strive for the helping suggestions, remarks, comments from patients, doctors, relatives & all people related with health services to improve ourselves constantly. With blessings of my father Sukhdeoraoji & mother Trivenibai, also encouraging co-operation of my wife Dr. Vasudha Bonde we dared to start first critical care and multispecialty unit in Amravati and I am very happy to inform that it is successfully serving the needy.

As an obstetrician & gynecologist I started my practice in 1991. It was a small hospital of 8 beds with a small OT & labor room. In the starting it was very difficult to manage the hospital as we were giving training to the staff & attendants. Also managing the patients qualified staff was not available so easily at that time. As the time passed, we increased the bed for the number of increasing patients. ANM & GNM nurses could be now appointed. Now it is a team work completely consisting of doctors including obstetricians, physicians, anesthetist, surgeons & Pediatricians with 16 bedded ICU.

During this period of struggle to build an entire successful unit I was working as a lecturer in Dr. Panjabrao Medical College, Amt. I was thus, equally contributing to both teaching young minds and also treating those who needed essential treatment.  During my presidentship of Gynae & Obst. Society Amt, I worked for the adolescent girls, organized camps in schools in peripheral region of Amravati. I wanted our hospital not just a unit providing treatment but also a center of awareness through me. Furthermore, I also conducted Rubella Vaccination camps in rural areas & also in our hospital. High risk mother camps for pregnancy check up & treatment created awareness and also treated women who need it at right time. For all such efforts I was felicitated by National OBGY society and awarded FOGSI award for the adolescent & public awareness programs.

Another initiative we, both took towards treatment of old people healthcare at Madhuban Vrudhashram. It has still continued through all these years at our hospital, they are treated without any cost to the old age home or to them. It is our dream project to establish an old age home in which different geriatrics problems, paralytic patients, diseases associated with the old age should be managed with well equipped hospital facilities, good nursing care & good diet. 

As a regular member and past president of Rotary club of Amravati I extended my services to far corners of Amravati district also in parts such as Chikhaldara & Melghat which are based in Jungles. Through Rotary I also contributed in bringing cheaper dialysis care in our hospital through advanced machines.

We are managing all obstetrics emergencies in today’s date at our hospital. Number of other OBGY doctors around the district refer to us complicated patients to our hospital for its excellent care and treatment. Obstetrics & pediatric ICCU will be our next project, we are aiming for. We expect to fulfill our mission to provide proper care to both mother and child.

I am also working with my husband, MLA. Dr. Anil Bonde and providing service to Rural areas of Morshi and Warud. We organize various types of awareness programs, schemes & help provided by government to the poor and needy. We expect to expand our reach for helping upto the last person in Warud, Morshi and Amravati district area.

Our inspiration to provide excellent care and accurate treatment comes from Mr. Sukhdeoraji Bonde. He started from humble roots as school teacher. He has given hospital the base of honesty, discipline and integrity. Initially as the Amravati Amusement company was formed, he was one of the founding directors. He retired in 2017 though he continues supervising hospital financial procedures and inspiring hospital team to give their best to people .

Completed his MD from Rajiv Gandhi Medical University, Bangalore.  After completing his education, he worked efficiently at Bombay Hospital in department of Cath lab Eco-Cardiography and Stress tests. He also has 2 years of experience as Intensivist in Bhatiya hospital & Sir Harkisandas Hospital Mumbai.

Working as a Physician, Cardiologist, ICCU specialist and intensivist from last 15years in Hi-tech, Amravati.

Completed his MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Mumbai with a year experience in ICU. Also completed his MBA in Health Management from University of Findley, USA.
